- You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be new and unopened. All our products come with a seal sticker, if the seal is broken you can no longer return the product.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
- Want to switch to another size or a different model? No problem just contact us and we will help you.
- If a package is unclaimed and you want us to resend it to you, there will be a fee for the reshipment and handling.

When contacting us please provide your name and why you want to return the product so we can handle your errand as quickly as possible. Errand regarding a complaint, the customer should give information relevant and the reason for complaint.
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be new and unopened. The products come with a seal sticker, if removed the product shall not be refunded. To keep track of the return make sure to include contact information and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Mounk suggests you get the receipt and the package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Mounk will make a refund or product exchange as soon as it is received and condition is confirmed.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. MounK is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Want to switch for a different size or model?
No problem, use the contact form on the bottom of the website or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the following.
- Your customer information
- If you would like to change the model and what you would like instead.
- If you ordered the wrong size and would like to change to the right size.
Please note that you must pay for return and re-sending postage costs. Returns cannot be made by cash on delivery. Save your receipt and be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not claimed at your post office within 14 days, Mounk reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 200 SEK (~20 EUR) to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs. If you wish to have the product resent again there is a shipping fee charged of 50 SEK (~5 EUR). Unclaimed packages is not covered by the 14 days return policy.
